Biography
SIMON CHAINSAW… Australian by birth and firmly rooted in the Australian Rock meets Punk tradition…. His roots draw on (among others) punks SAINT’S, RADIO BIRDMAN mixed with early AC/DC and ROSE TATTOO.
His latest disc TOLD ME A LIE was recorded in Simon’s adopted homeland BRAZIL, and mixed in GERMANY. While definitely a PUNKRAWK’N’ROLL record, this discs nods to modern sounds like FOO FIGHTERS and WILDHEARTS but all the time maintaining true to roots like SOCIAL DISTORTION, MOTORHEAD, SAINTS, TSOL & early AC/DC.
