Biography
Sir Bishop, real name Bishop A. Nesby, is a Atlanta-based hip hop artist. Originally from Memphis, TN, Bishop combines elements of spoken word, storytelling and social commentary over experimental jazz sounds often times referring to himself as a poet over dope instrumentation. Sir Bishop has been rhyming professionally since 2012, making his mass media debut featured on the song "Dreams" from Koresma's "Live EP" in 2014. Since then, Sir Bishop has continued to work with Koresma on tracks such as "Southbound" alongside working with both Koresma and Atlanta-based producer Feverkin on the 2016's "Lost Souls", as well as CloZee's track "Long live the Chill". In 2021 Bishop released an album with the same name containing mostly previously released tracks.
