Sleep Deez can arguably be one of the most important and creative forces in tomorrow’s music. Thats a big compliment coming from former Warner Bros. President Kevin Black. His passionate approach to hip-hop, pop and R&B production and unique talent make him stand out above the crowd. While most would be content with being a solid composer, his use of vintage R&B keys along with live instrumentation gives his work a warmth and emotional honesty that can’t be found anywhere else. You can easily pick up a record for Rihana, Britney Spears or Young Jeezy in one trip to his Diamond Mine studio facility in Hollywood.
Being diverse in today’s over saturated market is not very easy to come by. "My diversity comes from respecting the art of music, it just shows the love you have for the many different genres and styles of music." A self proclaimed work-a-holic, Sleep has always been a producer who challenges not only himself, but his audience and his fellow musicians with new ideas and innovative ways of expressing the joys and sorrows of life through music.
Sleep Deez is currently paving the way for himself producing and writing music for industry heavyweights. Currently working closely with Roc Nation, Warner Bros, Def Jam, and several other major labels, as well as being a cornerstone producer and partner for Beets & Produce Inc. A production company started by Printz Board of The Black Eyed Peas, look for Sleep to bring his talents to a speaker near you very soon.
