1. Smiler are a Hardcore/Punk/Metalish band from South Wales.
2. Smiler is a UK Hip Hop Artist from Woolwich, East London. Smiler started rapping 8 yrs ago in the south eastern parts of london. When asked what inspired him he explains "Besides it being my form of expression, my daily journey its nothing short of inspirational, leaving me in need of a vent, a verbal outlet, and nothing or no one understands me better than an instrumental."
3. Iron Maiden's Steve Harris auditioned for a band called Smiler in February 1974. In this outfit, Harris began writing his own songs and worked with future Iron Maiden members Dennis Wilcock and Doug Sampson, but left the band to form Iron Maiden after they refused to play his material, claiming it was too complicated.
