Snowapple is a folk/pop trio based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The voices of Snowapple are: Una Bergin (a jazz singer who loves world music), Laurien Schreuder (an opera singer of international fame) and Fanny de Ruiter (a classically trained singer who performed at Amsterdam's Concertgebouw in her pre-Snowapple life).
Their début album (the self-titled Snowapple, set for a March 2013 release) mixes dreamy folk and catchy pop in a way reminiscent of artists such as The Be Good Tanyas, Fleet Foxes, Anais Mitchell but also Edith Piaf.
