Biography
There are two artists sharing the name Solitari. 1) a British spoken word artist; 2) a Glaswegian electronic musician;
1) Solitari is a British spoken word artist also known as: Anita Guy,
World Women Project, Ms. Soli Tii, Neets Beats
Solitari began her singing career in 2012 whilst living in Berlin, where she started singing at live events, jam sessions and open mic events throughout the city.
She started honing her craft on stage by jamming with a variety of musicians as well as doing a cappella performances.
In 2013, Solitari had collaborated with Kojo Akusa, a South African based DJ and producer on her first single, which was a spoken word track called Whenever You. This track was released in October 2013. During the same year, Solitari had been writing and recording songs (a total of 14 songs of different genres), that she had performed at her two small intimate concerts in Berlin in March and May 2014.
In the summer of 2014, she had started writing lyrics for new tracks and had also composed and produced her own music to be released in 2015.
2) Solitari is a Glaswegian electronic musician whose music is a mix of alternative rock and electronica.
