A Canadian Butcher Rock Band from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
The Sons of Butcher are:
Ricky Butcher (Trevor Ziebarth) – guitar, vocals
Sol Butcher (Dave Dunham) – guitar, lead vocals
Doug Borski (Jay Ziebarth) – bass guitar, vocals
Sons of Butcher is a real rock band which has become animated on their hit cartoon show of the same name on Teletoon.

Freshly squozen from the womb of the Supreme Rock God, Sons of Butcher is a double-edged sword. One edge cuts you to the bone with the hilarious animated series “Sons of Butcher”, airing 5 nights a week on Teletoon, Canada’s most-watched specialty cable channel. The other edge finishes the job with a live band that breathes fire, spandex and pepperettes.
That’s right. Not only is Sons of Butcher a cartoon that regularly gives behemoth South Park a run for it’s money in ratings, it’s a live rock n’ roll show as well. Ricky Butcher (vox/guitar/orgasms), Sol Butcher (guitar/vox/hugs) and Doug Borski (bass/vox/mop) are a fine-tuned machine on stage, throwing out slab after slab of raw, life-changing rock.
Their self-titled debut album was released in October (2005) and is available in record stores nationwide, distributed by Sonic Unyon. SOB released a video for F*** the S*** online in December to rave reviews. An active touring band, SOB have recently played at The Halifax Pop Explosion and play frequent dates in Hamilton and other stops in The Golden Horseshoe.
Sons of Butcher have been interviewed on eTalk Daily as well as Global and CH News.They have been written up in the Toronto Star and Hamilton Spectator, as well as countless college and university newspapers. They recently hosted an hour-long radio show at Habbo Hotel, a leading international virtual community for teens.
