1. Sons and Moons is a pop-punk band based out of Burnaby, BC. Members Jesse Wentzloff and Jamie Cessford met at Simon Fraser University, and began jamming, eventually recording their debut EP ("Nudges") in early 2008. Most of the songs were written, orchestrated and recorded within a month. The recording was done in their living room, and in Jamie's bedroom in his hometown of Delta. Jesse is originally from Canmore, Alberta. Most of their songs revolve around their friends from SFU. The single from the album, "The Ballad of Johann Hong", was written about good friend and roommate Joe Hong. It is rumoured that Joe has not yet heard the song, and refuses to listen to it. It includes a completely improvised guitar solo by Adam Greenberg, also from SFU and originally from Canmore. They are currently reworking their catalogue for live performance by expanding their instrumentation and writing new material. Joining them on their eventual tour are Graeme Grant on guitar and Kiefer Doerksen on drums.
2. Sons and Moons is a rock band based out of lower British Columbia, Canada. Current members are Nathaniel Epp on lead vocals and guitar, Solomon on vocals and guitar, Peter Day on bass guitar and Pat Day on drums.
