SOULBURN is a project of several members of the legendary dutch death metal band Asphyx. Formed in 1996 they carry the ancient spirit of death metal (first wave). The band released a self-titled demo and a full length album, entitled "Feeding on Angels". The name of the band was changed back to Asphyx in the year 1999.
