Spirit of Youth was a metalcore band formed in Roeselare, BE in 1990. They split up in 2002. They brought out 2 albums; Colors That Bleed and Source. They also recorded a split with One King Down.
They constantly switched with playing in Spirit and Solid, that was the other band of the Denolf brothers (Dompi & Fré).
After Spirit of Youth & Solid, Dompi & Fré begun their new band called Blood Redemption.
