Sreeradha Bandopadhyay is a famous bengali singer. She is famous for being a "Rabindrasangeet Shilpi" (Sings the songs written by Rabindranath Tagore). Mixing her emotions with her sweet voice she has successfully created a number of Rabindrasangeet albums. She has sung patriotic and modern songs also. She has duet albums also. She has been reigning in the music circuit for nearly 25 years! Considered to be an able successor of stalwarts like Arati Mukherjee and Haimanti Shukla in the world of playback singing, she has carved a niche of her own, exploiting her enviable vocal prowess, an extremely honeyed voice and a rare ability to do justice to any genre of music; be it Bhajan, Rabindra Sangeet, Ghazal or Adhunik.
