Biography
Statepark is a comprised of one solo recording artist, Eric Mackey. The old vision began in 2005 as an attempt to mend the naive heart that was fueling the music in the first place. Oddly enough, the response that Eric's music recieved came to push this project unexpectedly. The old vision never died, but since, Eric describes his old vision of winning his love back as "an unending circle that can only be broken by… I still don't know really." Eric has decided to take on a new path
The new vision in 2009 is "Send To: A Heart Convalescent", which is being released February 13th, 2009, which is not just intended to explore new modes of thought, but to seek the greater ones that some have lost. It uses an analogy of "The Big Sea" for the eternal movie that we live in, and the source of manipulation in human values.
