Real name: Pete Parsons.

Static Substance was a breakbeat project of British DJ Pete Parsons. He released three singles under this name, Ghetto People / Follow My Beat (1992), Seventh Hour / Mind Games (1993) and Happiness / Ghetto People (Remix).
