Steamboat Rally's music could be described as fast, intense punk-rock-pop music with influences
from bands as ALL/Descendents, Bad Religion and Lagwagon but also other styles of music than punk.The lyrics are mostly dealing with relations, relationships or feelings of any kind. What makes sense is that every song is related to its lyrics. In that way the music can be very sensitive.
The main reason to why they're doing all this is to unleash feelings and energy together and - hopefully - get a positive
influence on whoever wants to listen. To play live all around the world is probably the biggest dream, or goal for the band.
They feel that the live performance is the best way to experience Steamboat Rally. When playing together in front of a crowd
the music reaches higher levels of energy which is an important input to the music and affects the outcome to the listener as well.
