my newest discovery.....lovely!

Just an FYI...for those who loved "All The Memories..." the new CD, "Leaving My Waiting Room", still being recorded by the way, is truly beautiful stuff. It's got something for everyone...shades of "All The Memories" but more mature and thought provoking...a bit darker, a bit louder but way more experimental they have shown in the past. Will it be a classic? Maybe...that depends on the listener. This listener ranks it amongst the best stuff Mogwai, EITS or Mono have ever done...at least I enjoy it more! I have also had the pleasure of hearing some of it performed live and the crazy thing is it sounds better that way...and they still have teenagers in the band...get ready folks!

Man, I got to play with both bands the summer before last when they were on tour with each other...they both kicked ass live.

I finally found this band's name. I saw them as the opening local band on the PacSun Tour back in 2009 and their performance really stuck with me.

I think there has been some confusion with the song titles. A demo version of "You Don't Belong Here" leaked a little bit before the official version came out, in which some of the song titles were different and the mix was incomplete. The official track-listing is as follows: 1) (Winter) Diorama Dream, 2) (Spring) This Was Your Place, 3) (Summer) The Golden Plain, and 4) (Fall) Old Friends Part Ways.
