Swarmz (born Brandon Scott on September 11 1996, in Greenwich, London, United Kingdom) is a British rapper and singer and professional boxer.
Swarmz was heavily inspired by the music his family was listening to, including a variety of Jamaican artists. He and his friends had begun rapping by the time he was attending school. Although he initially went by the name Swarmzy-B, he shortened it to Swarmz when he started making music professionally. His breakthrough single, "Lyca," was released in 2018; after it went viral, he was signed to Virgin Records.
Swarmz then proveeded to become a well-known name releasing tracks such as "Bally" with fellow UK rapper Tion Wayne & featuring on Da Beatfreakz track Motorola (feat. Swarmz, Deno & Dappy). In 2020, Scott was featured on KSI's single Houdini (feat. Swarmz & Tion Wayne), which reached number 6 on the UK Singles Chart.
On 27 August 2022, Scott started his boxing career in a bout against YouTuber KSI at The O2 Arena, in London, England. Originally, KSI was scheduled to face Alex Wassabi, however, due to a concussion, Wassabi was replaced by Scott who had previously called out KSI on a TikTok live. KSI defeated Scott via 2nd round KO and won the ICB World cruiserweight title.
