Swelter is a indie-pop band from The Netherlands, influenced by acts like The National, Eels, Editors, The Frames and Band of Horses.
The band has released two records:
- Songs of Distance (Corazong, 2009)
- Mountains For Everyone (Latency / Rough Trade, 2012)
Swelter shared the stages with names like The Veils (UK), Shearwater (USA), The Frames (IE), Loney Dear (DK), Wintersleep (CAN), Cracker (USA), Bettie Serveert (NL) and many more.
