Biography
Tayyar Bayramov was born on September 14, 1976 in Aghdam region. Mugham has been of interest since childhood. He went to high school in 1982, studied until the 8th grade in Aghdam, and continued the remaining 2 years in Agjabadi district due to the Karabakh war. He has been living in Baku with his family since 1993. In 1994-1998 he studied at the Faculty of Law of Nakhchivan State University .
