Biography
TAIYANG is a rockband from Linz/Austria.
Formed in 2001 they started to play covers ranging from AC/DC to Gluecifer (timewise order) and similiar bands. After four years playing covers became more or less boring so they started to write their own stuff. Their third album "Live In Helsinki" was released in 2006. Planned release date for their new album approx. fall 2009.
In 2007 "Steff" Steiner joined the band as new drummer and in 2008 Alex Cizek was replaced by "Corv" Stelzer. Both brought some harder elements into the band - but still they follow the band's slogan:
ONEHUNDRED PERCENT ROCK!
