Based on the concept of “dancing jazz,” Japan's leading live jazz band travels around the world. Despite being jazz, they continue to fascinate the audience with their intense puffs that surpass rock bands. Their musicality, which incorporates punk rock and ska, has been well received, and overseas they have performed at the "Jazz a Vienne" in France and the "Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2017" in Denmark. They have performed at more than 20 festivals nationwide, including SONIC 2019. In 2021, they celebrated their 15th anniversary, and from February 2022, they will hold a Beyond Tour. The final performance at Zepp DiverCity was a great success with guests Yusuke Chiba, Mikio Hirama, and Keita Aoki. And on February 15, 2023, they released their 5th major album "CALM & CLASH" including "Hikari feat.TOSHI-LOW" with TOSHI-LOW (BRAHMAN / OAU) as a guest artist. TRI4TH is a band that is gaining more and more attention in the current scene as he continues to leap beyond the framework of instrumental music.
2006年より活動を開始。
迫力あるライブパフォーマンスは、造り込まれた楽曲と確かなテクニックに裏打ちされている。 2009年3月に、須永辰緒主宰レーベル"DISC MINOR"からアナログシングル「TRI4TH plus EP」でデビュー。
以降「Club Jazz Digs Lupin The 3rd 」「NOT JAZZ!! BUT PE'Z!!! 」他、多数のコンピレーション・トリビュートアルバムに参加。Remixも多く手がける。
2009年11月には、脚本・三谷幸喜、音楽監督・小西康陽ミュージカル「TALK LIKE SINGING」に出演、東京・ニューヨーク公演に参加する等、幅広い活動を展開する。
2010年8月、プロデューサーに須永辰緒、ゲストにJukka Eskola、Max Ionataを迎え、ファーストアルバム「TRI4TH」リリース。
2011年7月、i-tunesよりOCTET Sunaga t『キエフの空 feat.Jukka Eskola-TRI4TH』 をリリース。
2011年11月には初のカバーアルバム「わらべJAZZ」をリリースする。
