This is an incorrect tag for Thái Thanh. If this non-artist appears in your charts, do yourself and last.fm a favor. Fix your artist tags.
Thai Thanh is a Vietnamese recording artist. I don't see where there's a bad tag.
I think that the issue is that this "bad" tag lacks the accent over the a in Thai. No doubt this is technically correct but there are far fewer listeners/scrobbles associated with the "correct" tag.
