The Acting Apes is a three-piece band with Johnny Longneck serving you his crazy guitar licks and odd vocals , Gentsch who is playing the double bass in a own way you won't have seen before and Schwenk as the maniac drummer who is close to the border between exception and insanity. Together we play for 2 years now as a punkabilly trio with a lot of influences like The Living End ,Peacocks and Godless Wicked Creeps. No one can deny that we got our own way of doing things. So we don't care if it is true or not …as long as it is. Always suited with Dresscode we get on stage and do the things we can best, playing music.
