Biography
The concept of starting a band was first conceived by Stephen Grant and Jared Armstrong in late 2008. Highly influenced by Boards Of Canada, the band took the name from the song 1969, which referenced a cult created by David Koresh.
Although not in favour in David Koresh himself, the cult name, The Branch Davidians, sparked an interest and quickly became the official name of the band.
The band was formed in Dundee, Scotland. It consists of two members, experienced in the field of Electronic music. The bands influences range from Aphex Twin to The Beatles, and their musical tastes are constantly expanding.
