the bio order is to be sorted by which artist has the top tracks in the last 6 months - the current American one has almost all the top tracks - and at least the top 5 - so they should be first. no disrespect to any other artist or person.

I am not sueprised that there were other bands named the bridge, but why name the bands that are no longer a band.

i found a spelling mistake in my post and while i was trying to correct it, you added yours and my appeared right after it (we were writing at the same time). no point for me to react to the content of your last comment anymore, ‘cos i see you know what i’m talking about, even though you keep taking the stuff i wrote earlier (grammy and nirvana) out of context. it's a bit funny, though. ps: i assure you that i’m perfectly relaxed, i guess it’s hard to judge by a computer screen.

....Where the band comes from, whether it tours or whether it even WINS GRAMMY, means nothing on Last Fm, it’s based on listeners. And this Last Fm profile clearly shows which The Bridge is the most relevant. Right now, Slovakian The Bridge has more listeners, all similar artists, tags, groups etc. here and i think it’s unethical to put yourself before them, without respect of what they achieved and to their listeners that care about them, and are majority here. Even the main tag says “Slovak” . I don’t see what you don’t understand here. It’s pretty obvious. Americans need to gain more fans. PS: If there will be similar artists of the American band (based on their listeners), you can change the description of course. But don’t make them first if they’re not!

Look, apart from me, there are thousands others who listen to Slovakian The Bridge, and they will not stop just because you want it. This profile is about Slovakian band in the first place (all similar artists are Slovakian bands). Like Nirvana’s profile is about the most scrolled Nirvana band (regardless of anything else). If people would scroll more Irish Nirvana, the Nirvana profile on Last Fm would show it in similar artist section. (BTW I just used Nirvana as an example of a band that broke up but people still listen to their music). As for the charts, Slovakian The Bridge has only 4 songs uploaded here from their 32. If they would put more, your band would be out of charts completely. And there is obviously something wrong with the charts this week (i noticed it earlier), 'Pathetic Song' has ALWAYS been on the top with more than 100 listeners per week....

I re-ordered the description in biography back. The fact that the American The Bridge is touring is nice, nobody has anything against them, but it doesn't really matter on Last Fm. What's important is what band is associated with the name The Bridge by majority of listeners and it's clearly (highly influential) Slovakian band. Look at similar artists, songs, listeners, tags, groups. If your band would be called Nirvana i don't think you could change description on Last Fm, just because they broke up. Get over it and please stop messing with Last Fm Wikipedia. It's not a playground, or your private site.

Zvysok je nejaka americka skupina s rovnakym nazvom. Viem, ze vela ludi vyhladava slovensku skupinu a omylom pocuva aj americke tracky, tak pisem, aby nedochadzalo k zmatkom.

IMPORTANT!!! There are only 4 full tracks of Slovakian band 'The Bridge' here: 'Pathetic Song', 'Venovane Nikomu', 'Silver Gold', 'Have You Ever'. The rest is a repertoir by American band of the same name. I'm writing it down because I know there is a lot of people looking for songs of Slovakian band 'The Bridge' and they are getting confused
