Biography
The Catastrophe brings with them a vast array of influences that have laid the framework for the band to create music that is fresh, organic, and ever-growing. Over the past seven years the band has released an E.P. and 3 full-length albums that have continued to show the growth and maturity of their ever-evolving sound by gently nodding their heads toward their collective influences while creating a unique sound that they proudly wear on their sleeves.
The band's newest release, "Don't Look Back", drops on 2/20/11. The album is a progression of sound that brings The Catastrophe further into the music in a way that makes their focus evident. They have set out to make rock music that you'll be singing along to and taking in not unlike the air you breathe. So come along with The Catastrophe…and "Don't Look Back!"
