Biography
The Chillers are an authentic rock & roll surf/garage band that was officially formed in 1991. The Chillers style of music has been coined "NJ SURF", which is a hybird of blues, rock & roll, garage & surf. The Chillers hail from New Jersey in the USA and have had their songs played in over fifty countries throughout the world. The band consists of Mike Brajer(guitar & vocals), Mike Hars(drums&vocals) and Wally Van Treek(bass & vocals).
The band started out as a four piece called The Legend and changed their name to The Chillers in 1991 after after Jeff Lascko left the band.
Th band's official website is www.thechillers.com. The band has over 100 original compositions to their credit that include over four dozen surf & hot rod numbers.
