1) The Click is a California hip-hop group from Vallejo: North San Francisco Bay Area. The group's members are E-40 (Earl Stevens), his cousin B-Legit (Brandt Jones), his brother D-Shot (Danell Stevens), and his sister Suga-T (Tanina Stevens). They debuted 1991 on the EP "Let's Side". Following that up with three studio albums: Down and Dirty (1992), Game Related (1995), and Money & Muscle (2001).
They were popular locally while largely unknown outside Northern California until "Hurricane", lead single of Game Related hit number 63 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1995. This brought them national and international notice as well as opened the door for many aspiring hip-hop artists from the 707 area code. The group used this success to launch a record company and each member went on to have a solo career. In 2010 they released an audio book The Blue Print detailing how they have succeeded in the music business.
2) Indie/Postpunk quartet from Lincoln, NE. Released 2 EPs–Fraction (1982) and Wampum (1983); their complete works were compiled on the Flood CDr.
