The Debutante Hour (Brooklyn, NY) are Susan Hwang, Mia Pixley, and Maria Sonevytsky, a rather amazing female accordion/cello trio from the NYC antifolk scene, playing roots-based originals with lots of quirky lyrics and genius
vocal harmonies. They sing about lost love, weird love, guitar heroes, the devil and other things that concern your untypical debutante (sometimes in Ukrainian).
