Biography
The Disease is a three piece noise rock band from the upstate of South Carolina. The original unit existed for only 9 months in the year 2000, but stayed mildly active through 2003 with the recordings of original members Christopher Ashley and Franklin Farr. The current and strongest line up to date features Ashley, Farr along with John Henley. The band has released 3 records, a split 7" with Racebannon on Monotonstudio (Germany), a full length cd entitled, "Dyslexic Experts in Reverse Psychology" on Alone, and a split CD/LP with Fax Arcana, "We, The Bankrupt" also on Alone. The Disease has played several indie/hardcore fests, MacRock twice, and CMJ as well as selected Warped Tour dates.
