This is The F Plus: Terrible things read with enthusiasm. Hosts Lemon and John are your tour guides through the bizarre world of internet subcultures. A strange place where hordes of stalkers pee on your toilet seat, Dora the Explorer is out to overthrow the American way of life, balloons are considered sexy, and the rules of proper spelling and grammar go right out the window.
Each week features a different theme, website, or author, but only the craziest of the crazy will make the cut. Ever wanted to serve thirty different recipes based entirely around ranch dressing? Or write the most pretentious music reviews in history? Or maybe just find a vaguely woman-shaped inanimate object to be your soul mate? Well now you can. Each theme has several pieces of material read by the "ridiculists," with the rest of the crew making jokes or funny commentary in the background. Sometimes the material is read is a silly voice, turning the original authors into distinct characters in their own right. Other times the readings are played straight and the material carries them the rest of the way.
At the beginning and end of each episode, Lemon and John share their thoughts on the topic at hand. They open up by explaining the week's theme to the audience, either giving valuable insight to the content or just making absurd jokes. After each episode, they discuss what they learned and add any closing commentary.
