Biography
London born, The Fellow Traveller has been around in this incarnation since 2005. TFT is a 'bridge building' activity - linking different genres of music, rearranging and producing large, broad, lush slabs of sound. An avid listener who'd be quite content to stay home and listen to music all day, the basic philosophy is 'making songs I want to hear'. TFT loves music.
Strongly influenced by the english industrial bands of the late 70's (throbbing gristle, cabaret voltaire, clock dva), dub (adrian sherwood/on-u sound, mad professor), hip hop (public enemy, bdp), blues (elmore james), and disco (giorgio moroder).
TFT also remixes (see I-ron Bastardo) including: San Toy, HBAR, Madtone, Weird Munky, and Nadia to name a few.
