Biography
The Fist is Ryan Schnurr, Josh Shell and Adam Brennan. Three North Americans that met in Seoul, South Korea. During their spare time away from their main employ they were able to put together their first album in February 2009, Godblessmess. Their sound contains a mixture of psychedelic, progressive, space, and noise rock influences.
