The Flood Plain is the musical project of Robert Louis Spiecher, American born synth-pop singer-songwriter. Previous incarnations carried the names "The 20th Century," "Swallowtail," and "Fool."
Sometimes compared to Pedro The Lion, The Postal Service and Dios Malos, Inspired by The Beach Boys, Grandaddy, and Pulp.
