Biography
There are at least two bands named "The Flood," and it is not clear how many are still active.
"The Flood" of Tallahassee, Florida, comprised of Patrick Barfield, Brad Foutch, Kevan McCann, Keith Klawinski, brings a plethora of influences to stage and studio, such ranging from classic rock, to traditional and alternative electric blues, jazz, and funk. The finesse and dynamism of Keith’s drumming, the vivacity and thunder of Kevan’s bass lines, the raw edge and vigor of Pat’s vocals and guitar, and the show-stopping, one-of-a-kind lead guitar of Brad Foutch make for a deeply felt yet very fun time at their legendary live shows, as well as for some fine recordings. Their latest full-length album, "Heat Lightening" (their fourth release) came out to critical acclaim in January 2013.

Another band known as "The Flood" (2) is comprised of the following personnel:
VOICE - Chris Johnson
GUITAR - Ajay
BASS - Jeff
DRUMS - Nate
Beat Boxer - DBJ
From the road to the stage, The Flood (2) pours every ounce of sweat and blood into its music. The 5-piece band layers intense visual effects (NEONV2, ArKaos) into a dark vortex for its audience to dive inside, drawing comparisons to Tool, Korn and the Deftones.
Lead vocalist Chris Johnson is a force to behold on stage, weaving an intricate web as the instruments churn behind him. The band features Ajay Marshall on guitar, Nate Minick on drums with bassist Jeff Eason along with beatboxer Darrick Jones.
The Flood (2) wrapped up the 2009 Snocore Tour w/Static-X where they rocked 28 venues across the US, including House of Blues (Chicago, Las Vegas, Hollywood), Grand Ballroom (San Francisco), Gothic Theatre (Denver), Palladium Ballroom (Dallas) and Hemisfair Park (San Antonio).
The band’s debut full-length album, to be recorded at her Radiostar Studios in Weed, CA, was expected to be released in 2009.
