Biography
The Gardeners are a young ambitious band from Nuremberg, Germany. For about 10 years they are playing straight Pop/Rock so they found a place in the auditorium's hearts. Thereby they impress with corious arrangements; Catchy and harmonic melodies are burst by self-critical and recondite lyrics and discover that
nothing is always as easy and beautiful as it seems. A great challenge but also a enormous enrichment despicted the dissimilarity of the both singers (Sylvie Ballmann and Alexander Uhlig, who died in a car-accident on 31st. July 2006). Comparing to Alex, who was devoted to indigenious Folk-Rock and who found no trouble both in sturdy Rocksongs and sensitive ballads, Sylvie stands for brash Pinkrock. But with her expressiv voice she also draws the bow to quiet, dramatic songs.
