Los Angeles-based band, THE GITAS, is a uniquely explosive brand of soulful rock that incorporates hints of grunge, punk, pop and heavier elements. "Garland" was the EP that launched the band and the lead single “Mood For Love” held the #1 spot for 8 months on the European National Music Charts, above Eminem and Rihanna. Spotify and Live Nation’s new series, "Music Happens Here" features The Gitas’ title track from their debut album, "Beverly Kills" as the opening song for each episode. Following the release of "Beverly Kills", the band toured throughout the West Coast and had a completely sold out Eastern European Tour in the summer of 2017.
