The Golden Hour was created in 2009 from a compound that fell from outer space. A mixture of rock and awesomeness, TGH has gone from brand-new band to one of the most recognized acts in the San Francisco South Bay. Propelled by the dynamic vocals of Chris Richardson, forged from the guitar wizardry of Donald Scully and Marshall Brengle, and anchored by the savage rhythm section of Michael Rossi and Brandon Guillen, TGH has erupted onto the scene, prompting Examiner.com to declare, “Keep an eye out for The Golden Hour, their new music may just be the new sound” and the Silicon Valley Metro to predict, “the Golden Hour may be poised for South Bay domination.” TGH has earned the reputation as a must-see band with a dynamic stage show featuring the band's unique sound, a ferocious blend of punk, hard rock, and metal influences.
