Biography
The Grandad is from the Uk, He is a Jump Up Drum and Bass Dj / Producer / Label Owner of Global Domination Digital.
It all started in 2000 thanks to long time friend Wasted Talent who introduced The Grandad to a set of turntables at the time Jump Up dnb was just starting to take its form back then.
After Djing for years on and off pirate radio and at illegal raves and European Teknivals, He decided mixing drum and bass was not enough for him. So he started the long road of learning how to produce the style of drum and bass he loved… Jump Up.
After 4 yrs of locking himself away from the world and teaching himself how to produce from scratch on various music programs he was starting to get there.
In Late 2009 he got his first track signed to a digital dnb label, Soon after more tracks where signed to Dub Zero's X Rated Audio and many more digital labels.
In June 2010 his track "The Mad Scientist" was played on BBC 1Xtra and was included in there monthly podcast.
In October 2010 his track "Origami Killer" Was at No-1 on 2 different digital dnb download charts
For 2011
The Grandad will also be using the alias of Delayed Reaction and is Part Of Motion Sickness with Dj Peckers
