Biography
There are more than one band named the Horribles.
1) An indie / dance band from Los Angeles active between 2003 - 2005. The band consisted of members Taylor Bustamante (t-t-taylor) on vocals and guitar, Amberlie Bankoff (Ammo Yeah) on bass and vocals, and Jake McHale (Jake Chaos) on drums. After the bands break in 2005, Taylor and Amberlie went on to form Teenage Talking Cars with Lips drummer, Poul J. McHale went on to play guitar for Nancy Fullforce with Kill Radio members, Jasten King and the Duke and ex Betty Mayhem bassist, Phillip Ruiz. The Horribles released three albums in this time; 'Hot Pink Ain't No Color' in 2003, 'The Horribles Show' in 2004 and the live album, 'Live at Kimo's'; recorded at Kimo's in San Francisco, which showed a more mature version of the band, having eliminated it's keyboard based songs almost entirely.
