1. The Hydra is one Dimitris Papadatos' projects besides Jay Glass Dubs and Ku.
Papadatos (born 1981) is originally from the US but currently resides in Athens, Greece. His Hydra project covers a large sound territory from techno music to kosmische and from free-form noise to atonal compositions. The main concern in this project is a juxtaposition of forms and ideas intentionally improvised, and their diffusion into a thoroughly composed outcome.

3. The Hydra is a indie-rock Americana band from Los Angeles, consisting of four musicians from Florida who have been working together for nearly a decade. Reunited in Los Angeles, they pursue their passions with vigor. Having lead vocals shared by Xtian and Wolfy, The Hydra has a combination of raspy and soothing sounds that lay the perfect soundtrack to drive the back roads of their swampy, and space program littered home state.
