The Innocent Bystanders are a four piece rock band from Buffalo, NY. Formed in 2005 the band released its Self-Titled debut CD on Amherst Records in November 2007 and since then their single "Under Wraps" been added to radio stations in various parts of the US and Canada. The band consiting of Kevin Sampson (vocals, piano, guitar) Adam Schroeder (guitar) Chris Nanula (bass) and Scott Bernard (drums) have developed an interesting blend of classic and current sounds to create their very own brand upbeat rock music. The band's self proclaimed influences are the Beatles and Rolling Stones but more recent influences such as Greenday, Weezer and Ben Folds can be heard.
The most recent releases on this page are from the San Diego, CA, based band The Innocent Bystanders that released its first EP, Attractive Nuisance, in 2017, and a cover of the Zutons' song Valerie (missed spelled on streaming services as Valarie) in 2018. In September and December 2019, this band released two singles entitled "No Place to Go" and "Rainy Sunday Morning," respectively. This band plays roots rock, featuring saxophone and has male and female lead vocalists.
