Well rested after a 5 year absence, The Nana Squad return with all the tongue in cheek bravado that made them a household name from Palmerston North to Beirut. Or those 2 places anyway.
Now based in Wellington, the band have been writing new songs and most recently collaborating with talented synth mechanic, Disasteradio.
Combining new influences with the old, The Nana Squad are evolving their brand of hip hop punk rock, partying as hard as ever and still having a laugh.
The band play comedy pop-punk in the vein of Nerf Herder and similar acts, and released their debut split CD with Japanese band R69, as well as two EPs from their Christmas-themed side-project Sleigher.
