The Oedipus Sisters are essentially Steve Parry from hwyl nofio and assorted friends.
An album entitled The Oedipus Sisters was recorded for HWYL but never released. A demo CD featuring the tracks 'Fuck Me Eve' and 'No Silence' taken from The Oedipus Sisters album was sent to fatcatrecords. These recordings can be heard on Fat Cat Records Demo Archive off the main Fat Cat Records web site.
HWYL have plans to release The Oedipus Sisters album.
Influences include John Cage, Derek Bailey, The Velvet Underground and Jimi Hendrix
The Oedipus Sisters create something that is essentially their own.
