Swedish band SoundAct has been renamed and is now called The Parity Complex.
The Parity Complex is an alternative rock/metal band with electronic and ambient elements, based in Sweden and constructed in 2016. Signed by Dead End Exit Records, the band’s first single will be released on the first of January 2017, followed by their debut album in the spring 2017. With different influences from a variety of genres, the band has formed an alternative sound all its own. The Parity Complex symbolizes what they as a band represent: a new spectrum of the heavy rock scene, influenced by electronic, ambient and pop music. The idea and philosophy behind that lies within therapy for youth anxiety. They aim to address people who is experiencing constant invisible pressure and is in need of emotional relief. This is what forms The Parity Complex voice – the words of sympathy.
