What can be said about the Perks that hasn't been said before? A lot of stuff actually, seeing as how their the brand new Perkasie (see name) sensation about to go on a national tour; with a wide variety of influences ranging from Blink-182 to Saves the Day, the Perks a the new face of punk. Sex symbol and US Weekly's "Hottest Man to Ever Be In the Universe Ever In History" 3x champion George Paone rocks the mic, Andy Piazza and Kyle Gorr tag team on guitar, which also have guns in the necks so they can rock you before they kill you, Brent Heverly blasts the bass, and yet again, Joe Bues proves that he is the jack of all instruments by playing the drums. Their first show on April 21, 2007 will go down in history as single-handedly (because none of the other bands even showed up) saving Darfur, and the crowd was so wild that they nearly burnt down a tiny Episcopal church.
