Formed in July 2006 by a group of four good friends, 'the raz' are a Liverpool based band that have come a long way in a relatively short space of time. With most of the band having learned their instruments and written the songs within that first year, the raz are now embarking on a mission to get some serious management and spread their sound from outside the confines of Liverpool. Described and 'punk pop' and electro 'scuzz' pop by some reviews the intial demos have gone down well to the myspace following and will hopefully do the same when they are sent to management and labels. Band members are Kev Walker (Guitar / Vox), James Smith (Guitar / Vox), Amit Gandhi (drums) and Matt Tipping (Synth Bass).
