The Rival Within is a new and upcoming Deathcore/Progressive Hardcore band currently playing out of the Tampa Bay Area. We are currently signed to Red Cord Records/Bridgeway Entertainment, with our Debut Album "Welcome To A Flooded City" out now online and physical copies sold at shows! Collectively, we have over 25 years of experience, with a 13 year old drummer who plays well beyond his years. We are not limited to one style of music, as our music varies in style from track to track. We have played with many national bands such as, The Contortionist, Arsonists Get All The Girls, Pathology, Within The Ruins, Dr. Acula, Sleeping Giant, Rose Funeral, Ion Dissonance, Gideon, and Many more!
