Biography
There are at least 2 bands that go by this name:
1) A rock band from Portland, Maine, consisting of Tim Collins And Adam Flaherty, rounded out by various other members of the Portland music scene live and in the studio.

2) Blending the grunge sounds of punk rock, the speed of Metal, and the loud noises of the Fog Horn, The Sea Captains are in a genre of its own.
Consisting of two members (soon to be three), The Sea Captains induce a powerful sound that rings in your ear for months, alot like the feeling of having a gun shot right next to your head.
Reese Patterson, the co-leader of The Sea Captains, fills in for the drums and bass guitar for each song played by The Sea Captains. Until another bassist is found, Reese Patterson will continue to provide his drum manuevers and bass licks, along with the epic backup vocals rival only to Adam Dutkiewitz.
James Rybachuk; the lead/rhythym guitarist and lead singer, provides powerful vocals to induce a sound, similiar only to Howard Jones, while backing this up with guitar solos, filled in with his melodic rhythym guitar skills.
Influences include: Killswitch Engage, NOFX, Dragonforce, and (of course) The Sea Captain himself.
