The Shades Of Orange were a psychedelic rock band from Sundsvall, Sweden, active from 1989 to 1993.
Band members included Ronny Pale on vocals, Arvid Lind on guitar, Magnus Renström on bass, Daniel Westin on drums and Maria Ojala on Hammond organ. Lind left the band in '93 to join Swedish indie pop band Popsicle, and was replaced by Lars Bygdén.
They released their first single, "Coming Out", in 1990. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1992, and they played at "Hultsfredsfestivalen" the year prior to that.
The band played a reunion show at Stadshuset, Sundsvall to celebrate their former label Massproduktion's 30th anniversary on June 6th, 2009.
In honour of Pipeline's (Sweden's first rock club, located in Sundsvall) 40th anniversary, the band will play another reunion show on September 13th, 2013.
