Biography
From the depths of Grey Town. Born as a D.I.Y. demo in 2008 recorded by Al Jones.This demo features the duo of brothers Adam and Alex Jones playing driving guitar and drum based sludge punk. After playing some rad parties, the bros decided to grab a bass player that smoked too much.
The band released their full-length album Survival Mode in the summer of 2009 after a leg of touring with buds In The Face Of War throughout the Midwest and southernmost states the STD's started working on the heaviest fucking jams any regular big-dicked John had ever heard! The band released their full-length album Survival Mode on Useless World Records in the summer of 2010 after some sweet ass recording sessions at The Volume Ballroom, and the 7:05 house based in Kokomo, Indiana.
The Sorely Trying Days broke off jamming with ear wrecking noise until early 2010, when the band hand member changes and a new vibe. The Sorely Trying Days features members of Indiana bands: Full Rainbow, In The Face Of War, The Mediocres, Sludgepacker, and Ultimate Forest.
